Alex HuntCrossFit Director

Alex has been involved in sports his entire life. Throughout high school he earned multiple varsity letters in football, wrestling, and track, and was captain of both the football and wrestling teams. He has always been very passionate about health and fitness, believing that our bodies, our lives are true gifts from above. His overall appreciation for life led him to enlist in the Marine Corps right out of high school. He is very passionate about our country and its foundation of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all people. Currently, he is an active duty reservist serving out of 3rd BN 25th Marines Brook Park, Ohio.

The military introduced him to the Crossfit methodology, since it teaches to be physically and mentally prepared for all occasions. After his first CrossFit workout, he was hooked. Being a fitness fanatic, Alex has spent a great deal of time studying the effects of different diets and proper nutrition on the body. He has experience in conducting fitness consultations and is passionate about helping people take the first step to achieving their goals with encouragement and proper instruction.

Coach Alex is currently our CrossFit Director. He looks forward to teaching people how to move their bodies the way we were made to move and encouraging them in their pursuit of overall health and fitness.
